Shipping & returns

PRODUCT RETURN WITH A RECEIPT

The store receipt is requested for all exchanges or returns. Within 30 days from the date of your purchase, an exchange or return can be made for unused/unworn merchandise. All items must be returned in their original packaging. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase. You will be required to provide your name, telephone number and postal code for all return or exchange transactions.

PRODUCT RETURN WITH A GIFT RECEIPT

Returns using a gift receipt within 30 days will be applied to a Doiron Sports Excellence Gift Card. The gift receipt will determine the price your gift giver paid. Items must be unused and unworn and in their original packaging. You will be required to provide your name, telephone number and postal code for the transaction.

PRODUCT RETURN WITHOUT A RECEIPT

If you wish to make a return and have lost your receipt, merchandise will be returned based on the lowest price the item was offered for sale within the 30 days preceding the return. The refund will be applied to a Doiron Sports Excellence Gift Card. Items must be unused and unworn and in their original packaging. You will be required to provide your name, telephone number and postal code for the transaction.

WARRANTY RETURNS

Should your purchase develop a manufacturer's defect within the stated warranty period, which will vary by product, some products may be returned to store for warranty replacement. Others must be returned directly to manufacturer. Please check with our associate at time of purchase for return procedure. Store receipt is required for all warranty returns. Without a receipt, no product will be accepted for warranty.

Hockey Stick Warranty Replacement - Return defective stick to store with receipt and serial number attached for replacement within warranty period. If no replacement available, we will submit for replacement taking up to 2 weeks.

Wood Baseball and Softball Bat Warranty Replacement - Most companies warranty are direct to manufacturer warranty with store receipt. Associate will explain upon purchase.

Aluminum/Composite Baseball and Softball Bat Warranty Replacement – Most of these bats have a 1 year limited manufacturer warranty. Return the bat to the store with receipt and serial number attached if applicable. Bat will be returned to manufacturer for inspection and replacement at their discretion. There will also be a one way shipping cost applicable.

Fishing Rod Warranty Replacement – All warranty rods can be either returned to store or submitted to manufacturer. If returned to store with receipt, will be shipped back to manufacturer for inspection and replacement at the manufacturers discretion. There will also be a one way shipping cost applicable.

 

Fishing Reels Warranty Replacement – All warranty reels can be either returned to store or shipped to manufacturer with receipt. If returned to store with receipt, it will be shipped back to manufacturer for inspection, repairs or replacement at the manufacturers discretion. There will also be a shipping cost applicable.
